Overview

The 2019 Nissan Rogue is a five-passenger crossover that boasts the best cargo capacity in its segment and excellent safety features, especially for its price point. The interior features the Divide-n-Hide Cargo System, which provides an unmatched eighteen different cargo configurations, and the EZ Flex Seating System, which allows the front passenger seat to fold flat for even more versatile cargo capacity. Intelligent AWD is available for all trim levels for an enhanced driving experience in all weather conditions.


The Rogue is available in three trims – the S, SV, and SL – with hybrid variants available for the SV and SL. The gas-only powertrain is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that’s EPA rated for up to 26 mpg city and 33 mpg highway. A 2.0-liter engine paired with an electric motor powers the Hybrid Rogue that achieves up to 33 mpg city and 35 mpg highway. The warranty protection includes three years/36,000 miles of basic coverage and five years/60,000 miles of powertrain coverage. The 2019 Nissan Rogue was awarded the Consumer Guide Automotive Best Buy for the fifth consecutive year.

Trim Levels: The Base S

There are plenty of surprises that come standard in the base trim. The S comes equipped with sophisticated active safety features that include intelligent lane intervention, blind spot warning, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, and rear cross-traffic alert. Technology features include Bluetooth streaming and hands-free phone system, Advanced Drive-Assist display, two USB ports, the NissanConnect 7-inch touch-screen display, hands-free text messaging assistant, and a four-speaker CD player with satellite radio. The driver and passenger can stay comfortable with the option to add Quick Comfort heated front seats.


The SV

The SV builds on driver safety features from the S and includes Nissan Intelligent Mobility – Safety Shield 360 system that monitors driving conditions, helps the vehicle respond to unexpected situations, and absorbs impact with Nissan’s Zone Body construction. The SV also comes with 17-inch alloy wheels, a hands-free-opening liftgate that allows drivers to open and close the liftgate by simply waving their foot beneath the bumper, dual-zone automatic climate control, and additional safety aids that include rear parking sensors and reverse automatic braking. Those who want added safety features without upgrading their sound system can add ProPilot Assist to the SV. Upgrades also include remote start with intelligent climate control for drivers who like to be comfortable as they enter their car.


The SL

The top-tier SL trim comes with 19-inch alloy wheels, leather seats, and Nissan Door-to-Door Navigation with Premium Traffic, which allows drivers to know where they are going and when they will arrive. ProPILOT Assist also comes standard to add stop-and-go adaptive cruise control, plus steering-assist to help keep the vehicle centered in its lane. A Bose Premium Audio System, planned and designed specifically to enhance cabin acoustics, comes standard with nine speakers, including double woofers, installed carefully for optimum performance. Homelink Universal Transceiver comes installed, allowing your vehicle control up to three remotely controlled devices such as garage doors, home security systems, or lighting.
