When did your interest in automobiles start?

"I've always loved working on my own car and understanding how everything works. I've always been a mechanically inclined person and have always been very curious about how vehicles function."

What is your favorite thing about your current role?

“My favorite thing about my current role is taking an employee and making them better, whether in or out of work. I do that for the sense of fulfillment when I see a person who works for me get better and better every day.”

How do customers do better at Balise?

“Our customer service will be better than our competitors whether it’s the same brand or not. I think we offer them more amenities. As far as the dealership goes, I think Balise does a really good job making sure everybody knows that a customer needs to get taken care of and we need to fix their car the first time.”
