Nissan has revised the Murano’s lineup for 2027, dropping the SV trim, moving the former mid-tier SL to the entry-level slot, and positioning the debuting Dark Armor trim between the SL and range-leading Platinum. The Dark Armor brings a distinctive look to the Murano, with black exterior accents and molding, black wheels, and special badging. The new mid-grade choice also boasts exclusive perforated Prima-Tex upholstery and gets a panoramic moonroof, heated steering wheel, Google built-in infotainment, and Bose audio system. Those latter features used to be standard on the SL, which drops some of its more upscale amenities this time around in its new role as the base trim. The SL also receives a new Gun Metallic wheel finish, while the Platinum’s available Technology Package adds a head-up display. The entire lineup also comes with standard over-the-air software updates and upgrades to the Qi2 wireless charging.
